Sadly my daughter asked to go here for her 16th birthday. A broken hand sanitizer greeted us upon entering. After a few minutes of waiting, we were greeted by an employee and were seated. It was quite dirty inside with food and trash on the floor and despite being almost empty most of the tables were dirty with old dishes on them. Flies flying around with greasy tables and seats. We asked to be seated at a booth instead of a table, and the waitress seemed annoyed and explained that there were no clean booths available. When our meals arrived, they came with just a few fries, with the server promising to bring more, but that didn't happen until we were nearly finished with our burgers. In the past, they would frequently bring fries throughout the meal, sometimes even offering a fresh batch to take home.
To make matters worse, one of our burgers was completely raw inside. My husband, not wanting to bother the server, ended up eating it despite it being undercooked. I could hardly eat after seeing it. I noticed another table sending their food back, which indicated there was likely an issue in the kitchen that night.

It was disappointing, we went here because it used to be the good one in town but I guess that’s changed Burgers were good (Luke warm but good) Fries were disappointing, came out with only a few each time and half the time they were cold Kids pizza was not good at all and was a waste of money. Only had 2 bites of it (one from daughter and one from wife to see why she did not like it Server was rude and unavailable No host, took 10-15mins and my wife had to grab someone from the bar Only people that were friendly, the girl that brought the food out and the guy that covered for the host
We ordered a side of broccoli, wasn't received. The 7 personal pizza was waaaay smaller; as it could have been used as a drink coaster. As for the sweet potato fries; they were a tiny portion of burnt, cold, stale bits. It's really disappointing for a customarily decent restaurant.

This place really disappointed. It used to be one of my favorite places to go, not any more. Very slow service, food had to be sent back (after waiting almost an hour). The staff doesn't care anymore. Used to be a good place to go not anymore. For the price just go some where else.
Probably the best Red Robin I go to. Prompt service, hot food, attentive servers. Keep up the good job...I'll be back. Love the fish and chips, tartar sauce, and campfire sauce for the fries and onion rings.
It’s so cold in this restaurant I can’t even enjoy myself. And the Waitress was slow. Food was decent so I gave it 2 stars

the wedgie burger was wonderful! It is a bit messy, but worth it. The lettuce wrap was fresh and crisp!
