We went to lunch at 3:00 and disturbed the young lady who had to get up from her table to welcome us. She told us rudely that it would wait 10 minutes and take my name and number. I work in customer service and I am very concerned about the problems of companies regarding short staff, but I'm not waiting 10 minutes to spend my money to pay the salary of rude people. We drove to Texas Roadhouse and got fantastic service and a great meal and sat with roles before Red Robin told me that my table was ready. Maybe you should train the few people who want to work to not be rude to the guests when they need to wait as most people are pretty understanding these days.
