I couldn't finish my meal because I was seated near the kitchen and noticed mold inside. I brought this up to one of the managers, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. After seeing that, I lost my appetite and requested a refund for my food. The manager informed me that since I had eaten about half of it, they couldn't issue a refund. I then called the corporate office, and they said they would look into the matter.
I ordered the Avo Cobb salad, a dish I've had many times before. I was quite surprised to find that there wasn’t much lettuce in the bowl—just enough to barely cover the bottom. Given that the salad is now nearly $15, I don't think I'll be ordering it again. I'm also unsure if I will return to the restaurant.
Our experience was marred by poor management. We had to return a burger because it wasn’t cooked as requested, and when the second one arrived, it was just like the first. At this point, what's the point? The cook has one job, and he is not getting it right... all of this reflects poorly on the management!
Burgers are always good and employees are pleasant. Mad Love burger and Southern Charm burger are the best. Book a table now
