We visited Red Robin Owings Mills on a Wednesday evening around 6:45 PM, and the manager truly stood out. She noticed my son drop his crayons, picked them up, and even brought him new ones—although he threw those down too! Her attentiveness and genuine care made a big impression; she checked on us several times and clearly values her customers. It really made my day. Our servers were also wonderful. We went on Wednesday around 6:45 pm. The manager is top of the line. She saw my son drop his crayons, picked them up, got him new ones, and of course he threw them down again. She was so attentive and genuinely caring. She checked on us throughout and Icould really tell she cares about her customers. It really made my day. Our waitresses were also awesome. Someone complainedabout my baby saying hi to them and the waitresses made sure we were okay, comfortable and enjoyed our visit despite that. Thebathroom was very clean which is important and the food was delicious. I always love the service here. Today was our best visitso far from the service to the delicious food.
Service has to be the worse in the industry. Very slow service. Servers are rude. Food cold as hell. Then the manager comes out to say sorry you didn’t enjoy. Like lady what happened to May I asked what was wrong so I can correct the issue. They need tostick this place down and retrain their staff. Start with food safety, then work your way to the FOH. Greeting is poor, tableservice the worse, warm feeling forget about it, hot food bring your own microwave. Someone is going to get sick here. The food at Red Robin Owings Mills was fantastic, and our server Jordan was exceptional—very friendly and accommodating! Although we were told there would be a 40-50 minute wait at 7 PM, we were seated in less than 20 minutes. The service was impressively quick too. We had an amazing experience celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday. Even though they aren’t singing happy birthday because of COVID, they still surprised her with a huge ice cream sundae! Absolutely no complaints!

We've been visiting this restaurant for the past 15 years or so. In that time, the prices have annually exceeded the inflation rate. What once cost $16.95 in 2007 now costs $39.99. IMO that is just too much for a lunch plate sans beverages for anational chain restaurant. Food taste is average and portion sizes seem on the small size. Waitstaff seem friendly ONCE theygreet you. There are better options for seafood at these price points.
I hadn’t been to Red Robin Owings Mills in seven years, but I chose to visit for Father’s Day. The food was delicious, and I truly enjoyed my meal. The only area for improvement was the lobster pizza; it seemed undercooked slightly, as the crust wasn’t as crispy as expected. Aside from that, we’ll definitely be coming back!
We went to my birthday and although it was a bit expensive, we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Ariana, was excellent and went beyond and beyond to make sure our order was perfect! You have really delicious Mojitos! We're going back for the Cheddar cookies and pasta!
I haven't been to red lobster in 7 years.. decided to go for Father's Day. Very tasty. I enjoyed my meal. The only thing in my opinion the lobster pizza could have cooked a little more. Bottom was not as crispy as it appeared. Other than that. We willreturn.

Tried ultimate endless shrimp set. Our server was pretty nice at first when she knew I was allergic to alcohol, changed one of our drinks to virgin version. But she suddenly got a poker face when she knew we were about to order the set.
