Visited this Red Rooster at 3.45pm last Saturday afternoon. Waiting to be served as it looked like they must of been having a meeting staff discussion out back, maybe even change of shifts. This place has got to be a joke. I have been here a couple of times and there is always something wrong.- Dry chicken with puss filled tumor/cyst (I'm serious)- Old burnt over seasoned fries- Wraps which fall apart when you open them- Soggy rolls with gluey gravy- Poor service- Dirty tables/floors- No utensils provided nor available on the counterIts clear they are cutting costs to try and keep up with the economy. Unfortunately its seriously detrimental to the quality of food they offer.I am done with Red Rooster in general. I recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs unless they pick up their game fast.
This restaurant is a disappointment. I have visited a few times and each time there have been issues. The chicken was dry with a strange growth inside, the fries were overcooked and seasoned, the wraps fell apart easily, and the rolls were soggy with thick gravy. The service was poor, the tables and floors were dirty, and there were no utensils available. It is evident that they are trying to cut costs, but it is affecting the quality of the food. I will not be returning to Red Rooster and I advise others to avoid this restaurant unless improvements are made quickly.

Red Rooster is our family's go-to restaurant for delicious comfort food. We have visited the restaurant at least 5 times in the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and eager to take our order. I was disappointed to see that they had recently removed the old arcade games, but I hope they are just getting an upgrade. I will definitely be back for my next meal.
I went to the drive-thru and specifically requested unsalted fries, as I have had issues with overly seasoned chips from this restaurant before. When I received my order, the fries were still overly salty. I went back through the drive-thru and inquired about getting unsalted fries, but when I got home, they were still too salty to eat. This is a clear sign of poor management.
we do not normally check fast food chains, but we like the red rooster chickens from this place. They are just a little better than coles, but a thousand times better.
I wish yelp would offer no stars coz this place is horrible when it comes to bad service they get 5 stars all the way PATHETIC!
