After driving up to the window to speak with him directly, he continued to be rude and seemed eager to argue. When I asked to speak with a manager, he dismissively said I was just one of many who had complaints. I was so frustrated that I decided to leave and have no intention of returning to that location.
Feeling let down, we then went to the Kingsway store, and the experience was completely different. The young woman there was very courteous and accommodated our request to remove the filling without any issue. It was a refreshing example of great customer service. It’s a real shame that there was such a stark contrast between the two locations.
I visited this restaurant one day after school with my younger brother, and we had a disappointing experience. The chips were cold and stale, and the chicken was also served cold. To make matters worse, the manager on shift was extremely unprofessional; he threw my bag of food at me, causing it to rip and spill chips and drink cans all over my car, creating a mess. When I looked for an apology, he just slammed the window shut and walked away. I definitely won't be returning to this place.
The customer service here is wonderful! I want to sincerely apologize to the young man I startled. I was happily waiting in the designated area when he brought my food, and I ended up scaring him. I truly didn’t mean to! The staff was so kind, though—they even gave me extra chips for the wait, which was a lovely gesture. It really reflects great management and excellent team members. Once again, my deepest apologies to the young man!
I tried to place an online order while the restaurant was closed, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff were occupied with cleaning. They informed me that I shouldn't have been able to place the order in the first place and didn’t offer any help with my order. Instead, they continued cleaning without addressing my concerns. Mostly excellent, but yesterday I went in and was ignored at the counter, the type that made prep ignored me when I called. beyond, and more of the care, the small sharp pieces of broken bones in my ****. If you spy a huh, please take SOME care. I don't know what's going on lately. so many rude grim staff everywhere. oh and your chicken rolls drown in this rebellious mayonaise. it is not a Mayo roll, it is a chicken roll
I’ve had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They never have chicken legs available when I want to order them. The service is also really poor. It feels like the staff keeps the chicken legs for themselves! I definitely do not recommend this place; your order will likely be disappointing. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The tall bald man was extremely rude. As an Uber driver, I asked him how long the order would take, and he arrogantly responded, "Don't do that, don't ask me anything," while standing stiffly with his head held high! Absolutely dreadful. Discourteous rude disinterested staff, dirty untidy store.. 16 dollars for a boxed meal, missing 2 x pieces of chicken, cold soggy chips, burger looks like it came out if a dumpster.. At least my Pepsi was cold, the rest was inedible Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good experience overall though when my order was ready they put it on the counter and said a band which wasn't said clearly so I had to ask is it was mine.
Poor service, bad attitude not friendly at all. The worst part is asking for a spoon and manager just roll his eyes with frustration.
