Horrible store. Went through the drive thru. Ordered fried chicken, burger and a Flava. After I had paid and was waiting for the food they told me they had no fried chicken or burger buns. They said they could replace the fried chicken with chips… they ended up giving me a rippa instead of the burger and some weird nugget things instead of the fried chicken. The flava was chicken nugget things stuffed into a wrap. The chips were the most stale chips I’ve ever eaten. They should have told me they didn’t have any fried chicken or burger buns before I paid. I would have gone next door to KFC. This is what happens when you have stores run by kids with attitudes.
today (12/08/22) I was told that the load from the stock was laborious all except fried chicken. not to be honest about the current market conditions are hard, but if no other red rooster outlet has reached this point without a warehouse, it suggests that this outlet is especially badly managed. Moreover, I have previously noticed very bad hygiene practices, especially in a lack of gloves and hair nets. red rooster as a whole seems to have some really good stores, and some really bad stores. I stay with the brand, but I think they need to monitor business like this to be respected before the brand.
I am very disappointed to say the least. After I went to the load to find a customer who complained to a worker not to get a part of his meal in the car, I still went on to order my meal. first mistake. I ordered a power pack and 8 kitschige nuggets to find when I return to my house 6 apple bites and my power pack. my friend ordered a Brat dinner and received a quarter chicken and chips, with a sweet and acid sauce. I think I should have checked my food before I left, but why should I do that? I will definitely not return to this exit.
4 times i have been given the wrong order....Tonight i went there ordered 2 x chicken dinners n small onion rings. Got home to find 1/4chicken chips n gravy n large box of chips!!! Rang was told to bring it back n they would replace order!! No customer service skills. Offered a free box of chips as token, a. Pathetic... so much for keeping local businesses goin...NO MORE.

Don't go in. if they take the purchase away from this food facility, make sure they do not drive thru think it would be faster to go because the drive thru get thru 10 orders before they even get their order if no one else in the lobby area.
they are in order, but they always have to check their order, especially if they have made a special question because they tell them they can accept them, they take their money and then ignore their question completely.
Worst service ever placed an order and it took 2 hours to arrive phone the shop 2 times and was just told there busy and the food will get here when it gets here absolutely horrible service
1h wait for bbq huh had to buy 6 offers and 6 chicken nuggets 23.00! the ordered chips did not receive them and they wanted more. how can they justify these prices, never again.
