RED The Steakhouse Pinecrest

This was really disappointing. We used to go to their old location in Beachwood and it was our favorite restaurant. However, at their new location their ambiance is completely different. Kids were running screaming through the restaurant. A table across from us had a baby that cried **** murder the whole time and the table behind us had a kid that kept kicking our booth the entire time. We even brought it up to the staff and they didn't say anything or offer to move us. One of our drinks from the bar was made wrong, one steak came out raw and another had a really gamey taste. All of these things would have been acceptable, but when paying for a dinner you'd expect a little better. Sad to say...

I came here with my date and it was her first time at a Red. She was pleasantly surprised by how well the white Moscato tasted and she said the food was very good with her steak being cooked to perfection. This Red for me felt more like a pub compared to the previous location off of Richmond where it felt more like an upscale restaurant. I still enjoyed my time in the restaurant but the environment was just different than what I came accustomed to in prior visits

expected better service and food presentation for the prices charged. poor dessert menu
