A close friend of mine frequently visits this restaurant because it’s her favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, she had a terrible experience over the weekend that has completely soured her feelings towards it. As usual, she arrived with her daughter and saw a clear sign indicating to wait to be seated. She patiently waited, but two servers completely ignored her. The waitress i had was buddly very friendly greeted me with a smile and good morning, the other 2 waitresses had absolutely no personality did not even greet not 1 customer with a smile or good morning seemed more or less they could care less and just want to make their tips. The food was ok the cooffee was not to hot I myself am a waitress and i would never treat any of my customers like they are not the reason i go to work everyday making them happy and putting a smile on their face i will definitely not be returning to this establishment. And not to mention to not be able to cash out with your waitress also was disturbing they must not trust staff but how do i know the girl who waited on...
The restaurant was quite empty around 9:30 AM, which I didn't mind at all. It had been a while since my last visit. The food was good, and the service was also satisfactory. I ordered the two eggs, home fries, bacon, toast, and coffee for just over $9. However, the final bill came to $12.95. I left $15.00, but I personally think that’s a bit pricey for breakfast. I’ll consider trying Alexander's again.
The food was delicious and definitely worth the price, as the portions are generous and I enjoyed every bite. However, the service could use some improvement. Our waitress was friendly, but she didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for the tasty food and good value.

I ordered the Ultimate Number 2, and it was amazing! The French toast was wonderfully fluffy, making each bite a pleasure. The home fries were cooked just right, and the eggs were delicious as well. Just a note: this restaurant only accepts cash. On the bright side, there is ample parking available.

Don't go there too much in the cold weather but the customer service is fantastic especially with Krissy. She is excellent and a classy lady.
