Unfortunately, it just didn’t feel like a Michelin star restaurant. We did the 5 course menu and the only course that really stood out to me was the dessert. It was a whipped almost Oreo cookie cream mousse covered in a hard white chocolate. It...was excellent! In one course the langostino and the octopus both tasted lake they were defrosted seafood . I really don’t think a Michelin restaurant should ever offer frozen seafood. They should just offer what is absolutely fresh, local or in season. Another strange thing was that the server would never pour us water.
