It's an excellent restaurant, it's a little expensive but it's justified by the quality of the products, their preparation and the careful presentation of the dishes. It's culinary goldsmith's work with lots of little details, it's very refined. It's succulent and very well presented. In winter, many dishes are made from pieces of game. The desserts are out of the ordinary and very elaborate. Everything is not plentiful but just enough.
Probably the best restaurant around etampes. the service is impeccable, the pleasant setting and the very friendly staff. food is delicious, very generous and dishes are varied. it is strongly advised to book in advance its table as the restaurant has success!
We enjoyed the choice of the mr and mme roll for having brought us to dinner at the cocatrix relay, we spent a good evening a very good gourmet meal the great reception and the service. I didn't know. I'll be right back.
