This restaurant is famous not just for its situation and the views accross the Valais central, but for its excellent grilled meat, and one of the starters, snails cooked in a special mustard cream sauce. The access road is a narrow steep mountain road, with...many hair pin bends, but despite that the Restaurant is usually busy. Remember to reserve in advance during the autumn saison de chasse (game season). The wine list has many good local wines, but the vin du Patron (Fendant) is recommended on good quality and value for money. The service is efficient and friendly. Encore une belle excursion à Chiboz en ce 15 août 2017 : champignons à la lie : excellent, filet Angus sur ardoise : excellent, un service impeccable, vin excellent, une belle journée merci à toute l'équipe c'est chaque fois un bon moment
Quel bonheur sur cette belle terrasse ensoleillée de laquelle on voit toute la vallée en contre-bas . On s'y sent bien, on y mange très bien, servis par des patrons et du personnel au petits soins.Coin jeux enfants bienvenu.
Quel belle endroit avec une magnifique vue sur la plaine. La cuisine est excellente et le personnel très sympa et accueillant
