disaster. we had booked, no table prepared upon arrival. the waitress is unpleasant, very unprofessional, speaks to the customers in an inappropriate way on a totally denigrating tone. no card tells us about the aperitives "Ulah, no have a card, covid covid. on a one-day trip, my mother had an urgent need for a toilet. On request, while the restaurant was still closed, we were opened, but my mother, who was almost 80, was denied access to the toilet. The reception is different.
