The service at this restaurant was top-notch, the food was outstanding, and I was particularly pleased to find that the gluten-free options were exceptional. I had inquired over the phone beforehand and was unsure, but they had gluten-free bread available to substitute for buns on one of the sandwiches, and it was delicious - something that is not always the case.
I visited a restaurant inside a lovely hotel in Waltham. The atmosphere was pleasant, but there was some dirtiness near the bar area. Additionally, there was a permanent syrup stain on the carpeting by the waffle station at the Sunday buffet. The food was not tasty and the prices were quite high. On a positive note, the manager was very friendly.
The kitchen did not get the food out in a timely fashion, my friends dinner was delivered before mine and it took so long, she was finished. The waitress did her best to work with the kitchen, however she had stated that she was not allowed to go back there, which is ridiculous! This place needs a lot of improvement before I would return.

I went here on my bosses birthday and was astonished at the level of service provided. The was no bartender on site, the food needs a serious upgrade. I soo will not be back!
