restaurante de alta gastronomía en ciutadella. se encuentra dentro de un albergue y el horario se limita a no hacer ruido por los huéspedes. Teníamos una reserva a las 22 pm y a las 22:30 pm cerraron la cocina, aunque se comportaron muy bien porque permanecieron más horas para nuestro grupo. la carta no es muy extensa, pero hay prácticamente todo. el primero de todos le sirven una taza con espuma de tomate como un detalle de bienvenida, era muy rico. de la carta, pedimos la berenjena, muy rica y la presentación increíble. pastel crustáceo, algo picante pero muy rico, naranja curiosa tan pequeño, muy agradable plato. el cordero, curioso que viene en formato pier, muy original, era muy bueno....

Hemos probado el menú del mediodía y nos ha encantado! se observa que el producto es fresco para su gusto y textura, además de que las elaboraciones son muy bien creadas. resaltar que también ofrecen dos menús de degustación (uno corto y otro más) que tienen muy buena pintura y emparejamiento. todo cuidado en detalle, tanto la comida como el restaurante.

Cocina de autor con una gran calidad. La sopa fría de tomate está exquisita. Y el pescado del día también. En general buenísima atención y buena carta de vinos.
