The ambiance is nice but the service could be better. Also this place allows you to make a reservation on open table and then they call you to confirm the reservation but also they decide to tell you bottle service is required for your table..my question is why is that not advertised on open table when making the reservation. I live almost 40 minutes from this place who wants to waste time and if it's only 2 of us I don't wanna spend almost $250 on a bottle and try to drive almost 40 minutes to get home..I would go back but it would probably only be with a group of us not just me my man..overall it's a good time at this place
Shortly after, another group of girls came into the section we had just left and ordered just one bottle! They were Spanish, and it felt like they were given preferential treatment. To top it off, the woman who tried to pressure us was extremely insistent about us buying two bottles or else we would have to vacate the section.
The food there is always a hit; I can’t deny that it’s the best! However, I was really put off by how we were treated, and I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon—maybe just on a Tuesday because I really want to try the tacos, but definitely not on a party night!
This place is really a like a club. They serve food and drinks. But call ahead bc they will charge you a cover fee to get in separate from your bill. Sometimes it’s ladies night and you have to remind the hostess or they will charge you the entrance. A little shady but if you could get past all of that, you could have a good time. I think they have a page on IG, so check the night and be prepared to pay a fee or whatever. I am not exactly sure why you need to make a reservation if you have to pay an entrance fee.
I made a reservation for a birthday party for ten people, and my group arrived on time with balloons and a cake, only to be told that they had no record of my reservation and no available tables. Additionally, they charged a $30 entry fee, which I was not informed about by the young lady I spoke to the evening before—I was never told about any fee! This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.

We didn’t end up eating there. We had to stand at the bar since we didn’t opt for bottle service, even though we had a reservation for high-top seats. Ultimately, we decided to leave because we didn’t want to spend the evening eating and drinking while standing.
no food, prices odee high from no reason we have ordered 2 bottles and both bottles that they did not have, but not said until I paid....remind they we were the first group there
Waited three hours for food and still never received it. Nice place but definitely need to work out kinks to accommodate larger crowds.
My first time and it was great food was excellent service was excellent will be back again.
