I missed having Creton because where I live, it is non existent. This little diner had it on the menu and even though it wasn 't prepared 'in house ' it was really good. We enjoyed a very friendly waitress who was excellent at her job and she spoke excellent English.
This restaurant is similar to others in the area, without any pretentiousness. I'm giving it three stars because the wait for the food was too long. If time is money for you and you want to make the most of your visit to Gaspe, this may not be the best place to go.
Nice cozy, homely environment though a bit noisy. I ordered fish and chips which was nice. My wife and kids also ordered other seafood choices. Slightly expensive but worth it. Location is good. Staff is friendly.
Quaint local spot. Very much tavern style food. Beer extra chilly. Bit disappointed with the boxed frozen fish but hubby was impressed with liver and onions. I expected better quality fish.
