We stayed at the Boutique Hotel Adara in December 2022. The reception was very friendly and the entire staff was very attentive and motivated. We had booked a suite with hot tub. The water in the jacuzzi was a bit cool on arrival. As a small comfort the lady offered us a bottle of white wine from the reception! Really a very friendly gesture! We stayed at the Adara Hotel and were very impreesed. Breakfast is included with eggs as ordered, and a fine European breakfast choice. Service from the morning staff was good. We also had dinner here two evenings during our stay. The food was so well prepared that I could not help dining a second night after comparing other local menus. The chef has a special talent for combining ingredients. The flavors blended perfectly in each dish. I had the gazpacho, bass/ravioli and second night steak!!! All were fantastic. In Germany, people are still too good.!?Free seats in front of the restaurant/hotel spoke to us as a suitable place for a small entry and morning coffee, on the terrace with the family. Before taking the place I asked if this was possible. I was told that it was only possible for hotel guests to sit there and consume something. There is no indication that this is expressly possible only under these conditions and even if a halfway good hotelier would be here Make an exception because it belongs to the good label of hospitality. Disappointing experience. Service was terrible. Took an age for them to bring the wine we ordered and then longer again before they took our order. When this finally arrived one of the meals was not what we asked for. Other small requests for water etc., were not met. Some people just walked out. The food we had was Ok, though nothing special. The bread was stale. They did acknowledge the poor treatment we received, in all fairness with a free dessert but we would not visit again

We were staying at the hotel and given the good reviews we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were not disappointed. I love Gazpacho and here it was one of the best I have ever tasted. I also chose the corn-fed chicken with polenta and it was excellent. We were also impressed by the Bodensee wine. I would certainly eat here again.
We called in here without a booking and ate outside. The kitchen was like the hotel modern, clean and newly refurbished - you could see into the kitchen.Menu was small but good & the food was of very high quality. Meal took a while but as we were not booked in this was not an issue. Waitress good
unique beautiful room with great love for detail! very nice reception and great breakfast buffet. the location of the hotel is ideal. it is just a few minutes walk from the city and the promenade and the parking is only 2 minutes away.
Not a huge variety of options, but everything was delicious. Fresh breads, cheeses, meats, and a selection of juices. Coffee was fantastic. Service was great. Definitely a welcome bonus with our hotel room!

Mega nice hotel with great rooms but at the top price. Breakfast was very delicious. There is a bed that is only 1.80m long in one room.
