twice we were in the alpenrösli last week. A local kitchen with a focus on pork and beef meals from the region. There's a delicious cordon for 26 francs and a bovine carpachio. I really liked the anteote of beef with potatoes (36fr) and the grass snails for 12 francs. And the main feature of this institution--- you can have the most Swiss food: the foundation and the shell. Careful waiters and good service.
