When we arrived, the restaurant was half full, but we said the only tables were outside. we found some of the employees unfriendly and service was slow. it was only when we came to order that a friendly waiter told us that it was a menu available in English; then it was too late because we already worked our way through the German menu and didn't want to wait any longer to get our order. the food was in order; the tzatziki that we had for the appetizers was in my opinion over-garlicky and came with six small pieces brot between three of us. an salat came with our main dishes (souvlaki and gyros); these were served before the rest of the main and was fresh with a beautiful dressing. the main...
We went here without a reservation on a Friday evening and had to make a booking for later on that night because they had no tables available. It is a very popular place. We had grilled octopus as a starter, followed by two Fino' platters....The octopus was perhaps the most tender one we had ever had. The platters were great, too. However, the salads came smothered in some sticky dressing and there was way too much salt on the potatoes and the meats. Shame, because otherwise it would have been a truly good meal.
this is typical Greek eating meets mainly (difficult for sweet,) but the meat is absolutely delicious! that's just as lame as it should be and the appetizers. very good! the people are very friendly, but sometimes the service is somewhat slow because...the fact that almost always all the tables are full. it is recommended to have a reservation.
Very pleasant restaurant with excellent appetizers. Classic Greek dishes. Why it always takes quite a long time if you want the bill is still a mystery to me, but that does not, of course, diminish the quality of the food. We had a meal here with local friends a couple of weeks ago. It was very busy with a large Christmas party but we didn't have to wait too long for service. The food was tasty but the prawn chilli dish just a little too...hot. The pork medallions were beautifully cooked. Booking is a must at this popular restaurant.
