For the parties. Advised by the waitress, we changed the sauerkraut that accompanied the sander by sauerkraut (suri ruewe). It was delicious: crunchy, just the acidity needed to raise the fish. And the chestnuts is a killing! Warm room, impeccable reception. Thank you!
