High-quality components expertly prepared fantastic simplicity. Best (and largest item) Mozzarella ever on fresh rocket with baby veine tomato [check]. Thick Angus Steak, skillfully boiled, sawn spuds spinach [check]. Brick von Tiramisu (actually this did not need to eat, but did it anyway [check]. Sublime 2012 red (will add the name later) [check]. Wonderful meal agreed in every way and 13 business colleagues
The food at Azienda Ittigen was fabulous. The selection of Italian specialties is very large and the service is super friendly and personable. A great family business where you feel like you are in good hands as a guest. Only to recommend.
