Very nice setting with views of the golf of Arras. But for a restaurant located in a 4-star hotel I expected better. Inputs and dishes were barely hot. fairly good flavors and marriage between land and sea. but we were disappointed with our friends and especially for a price that does not correspond to quality. it also lacks a little human heat that was a little austere. in Restoration as in Hotellerie, the reception is important. in a context like this, a bit of scripting would be welcome.
