We called in to make our reservation for persons and it was confirmed. Arriving at the agreed time the waiter told us he was going to check if there was availability. A lady in front of us had also made a reservation for they had told her the same. The place was packed and everybody had full plates. There was no chance we could be seated. The waiter told us to wait outside as he was going to check how long it was going ro take. We decided to leave and search for a place for persons. This restaurant just takes in reservations and does not care for people who count on the reservations made. Too bad..
The restaurant is close to Rhine. The food was excellent and the portion is very reasonable. The Baba Ganoush had a smooth texture and well seasoned. Th lamb kofta was well grilled and the red sauce was fantastic. The cleanliness was well maintained and The...staffs were very friendly. One point of improvement would be to have the menu in English since staff were not able to fully communicate in English. Overall experience was positive. At the end of the meal we had a delicious traditional mint tea on the house
So, the best way to describe this restaurant is organised chaos, which is exactly the charm of this place, besides the best Lebanese food around btw. Everything from the Hummus to the kebabs with condiments is of excellent quality and taste. If you don't mind...to eat in a crowded chaotic place, but actually appreciate this charm of the place, then you cannot miss this restaurant when in Cologne. No reservations no bankcredit cards

Wonderful food. On request of my hosts I ate vegetarian. The vegetarian plate is simply brilliant. I'm sure I'll come back, even if I'm not invited, and I'm gonna go through the menu.
