Quaint. Excellent German cuisine by a local German couple. They pointed out the gluten free options on the menu. The wife speaks English and serves while the husband does the cooking. Food was delicious and authentic German fare. They do not have GF beer have about 3-4 Main options and 3 appetizer options. Apparently they sometimes have GF bread but not when we were there. If you want to eat German food while in Cologne I recommend this restaurant.
Heute Schnitzeltag. Hier kann ich jedem nur empfehlen einzukehren. Die Portionen sind sehr gut. Die Schnitzel super. Knusprig und innen noch saftig, butterzart. Bratkartoffeln wie bei Mutti. Einfach lecker und ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Und die Bedienung sehr nett.

Great restaurant and very helpful staff and also helps with the dishes that are gluten free. They know about celliac. I order a souvlaki, it was delicious.
