Ein Flammkuchen, der seinen Namen auch verdient hat. Im Holzofen mit Holz von Weinreben gebacken und das schmeckt man auch. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Keller, man geht durch ein Weinfass hindurch und befindet sich außerhalb des Zentrums von Obernai,parken also auch kein Thema. Wir fanden es super.
Ça fait plus de 20 ans que nous venons dans ce restaurant chaque fois que nous sommes en Alsace. Jamais déçu. Un vrai plaisir. Tarte flambée au top du top.Accueil toujours sympa.

Tartes flambées moyennes et la pâte est très molle et gâche le reste. Accueil et service moyens également. Je ne recommande pas ce caveau.
