We made a short vacation for some hikes in the Nationalpark Siebengebirge. We stayed at Hotel Weinhaus Hoff. In an area where often just the normal touristic German food is offered we did not expect to find such a charming space with exceptional food. We...did order the course dinner and it was superb. We started with a salad with quails, followed by an asparagus soup with smoked oyster mushrooms. The third course was a flamed cod carpaccio. Barbary breast, lentil and orange salad, chicory was the main course. The desert was a selection of Creme brule and other good stuff.
