Notre réveillon de Noël 2024 restera gravé dans nos mémoires grâce à un déjeuner au restaurant du centre, Chez Sylvain et Sylvie. Arrivés les premiers, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans ce havre de la gastronomie française authentique. Dès les premières bouchées, nous avons été conquis : la texture du foie gras fondait en bouche, les arômes du vin sublimaient chaque plat. Entre les Saint-Jacques, le filet de sandre et le tournedos de biche, nous avons voyagé à travers les saveurs. L'ambiance bon enfant et conviviale a rendu ce moment encore plus spécial. Le chef Sylvain, passionné et dévoué, est venu nous saluer en personne. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter depuis le Var pour retro...

We waited too long for an hour before we could eat. And when we announce home dessert, we don't want to see a dessert coming out of a box... This is the problem of open kitchens!
