Restaurant Daus - Table reservation

The food as Restaurant Daus is German; it is interestingly German but in a way that is internationally acceptable. So for me it scores well on the food presented. The food is also comfortably affordable, as are the drinks. Service was quietly attentive and quick....The retaurant is located on a side street in the centre of town in a building which presents itself as old and interesting. Inside it divdes into two areas, to the front a traditionally german styled eating area with bar, but behind is what appears to be a recently added room which is brighter and more modern. I had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant daus on Mother's Day. my daughter and son-in-law took us both mothers to eat. the special Mother's Day menu offered a good selection. the rumpsteak with pfeffer sauce, roasted potato cake and a...Visit the salatbar was an excellent choice. we enjoyed the ambiente and a garden table with very good service. thanks, restaurant daus, for a special dinner on Mother's Day.

I have typical German meal times for lunch, very good quality and a lot to eat. we had a little more waiting than the waiter had forgotten the suppe. classic German atmosphere.

once again this gem of a restaurant in wittlich during the pig roast . beautiful carving, crispy chips and beautiful salat can highly recommend the restaurant

unfortunately from 4 times we were in weather, sinceus was closed 3 times. they have a long summer holiday and also close on certain days.
