The balance of flavours and textures of each dish was exceptional, and the discovery menu we chose was just that - a journey into creative and sensitive cuisine, where each dish brought together elements that complemented and enhanced each other. I don't know. The best restaurant in the city, I think. The gastronomy is there and the chef is an outstanding cook. If you have the opportunity to visit Gignac, take the time to book a table. Good food and presentation. Lots of hidden interesting flavours. Formal but not stuffy. Relaxed atmosphere. Parking a bit tricky but not a problem.
