Infrastructure is okay, we were at the hotel and would come back. Staff in general is unfriendly (reception, bar, restaurant). The restaurant is the dark place where food is nothing special, the service is slow and disorganized. There is no healthy food alternative, and the reparates and way of cooking would have been fine 30 years ago... Sauces are industrial, veggies are frozen... The table next to us was a young couple with a baby who had to wait almost 1 hour and a half to get their only course. Numerous mistakes in the service. This place has a beautiful potential, but its administration does not do justice. Avoid restaurant until the situation changes.

I thought the food was good and really expensive, but what really pleased me was the staff and atmosphere: The restaurant must run all year round at a resort where numbers fluctuate crazy. By far the best scheme is to stay during the week and avoid weekends. During the week the staff (Charming, multinational, everyone with an interesting background! has time to take care of you, and clearly how their work. But Saturday and Sunday they walk away from their feet.

The last time I spent 3 hours at dinner was in a Michael Star restaurant for an 8-course menu.... definitely not in an industrial size hotel restaurant for basic price. The food, the service and the atmosphere are what you can only call forgetting, besides the breathtakingly slower than snail service. My suggestion, go somewhere else.

Good food, with a light menu. With some though limited options for special needs. Vegans should hit the salad bar. We had our own gluten free bread.
