Minuscule bistro agencé de maniere très simple. La carte est petite aussi Nous sommes immédiatement avertis que la carafe d'eau paie. On n'avait que du vin. Tout changement dans un plat est impossible, très peu de flexibilité. J'ai goûté des gnocchis dont la sauce ressemble à celle de la croûte qui est servie à l'entrée. C'était bien, mais rien d'extraordinaire. La portion était vraiment trop petite. Mon mari a pris un bon Burger. Enfin, le restaurant a abandonné le meilleur café au niveau local (la Semeuse) Dommage. Dessert ok. Bref, un peu déçu par la visite et le manque de flexibilité.

You've got to say hello to the boss' kindness. very friendly, welcoming, warm. and my husband is a specialist in tartars, he has tested many restaurants in the Chaux-de-Fonds, this one is by far the one who does the best! everything is prepared in front of the customer, everything is fresh and adapted to tastes, really perfect! rösti are also excellent!
