You've got to say hello to the boss' kindness. very friendly, welcoming, warm. and my husband is a specialist in tartars, he has tested many restaurants in the Chaux-de-Fonds, this one is by far the one who does the best! everything is prepared in front of the customer, everything is fresh and adapted to tastes, really perfect! rösti are also excellent! Very nice discovery thanks to the Passeport Gourmand....but we will come back. Very nice home. Refined dishes (deer racks and chef's tartare) with seasonal produce and everything homemade. Well done
