on a professional trip to auch, I left myself tempted by the restaurant of the area of baulieu for lunch. an entry, flat and dessert formula at a very affordable price with high quality products and presentation! A real delight! I'll come back for sure! A great bravo to the chief and all his team!
An exceptional place... for a few hours... or a few days! We feel very well now, the place is very chic without being inflated. The kitchen is refined, the setting is wonderful and Sébastien and Karen are wonderful, warm and attentive guests. Thank you for everything.

The staff are swift, efficient and charming, the food exceptional. I had on of the three-course menus: langoustines, chicken supreme and a gin-based dessert, all superb.
