Restaurant du Donjon

Very smart restaurant in the centre of Niort opposite the market hall. Very modern flavour to the decor and the dishes on offer. Young, efficient serving staff offering delicious fare. We opted for the €28 menu and it did not disappoint. Four of us had...different starters and mains and each one was beautifully cooked. would recommend

we had heard good reviews about le donjon in niort, but we were very disappointed by their menu du jour. the starter was a club cheese and ham sandwich, which was dry and tasteless, followed by overboiled pasta and swarm, which was again very little...taste dessert was the only highlight!

friendly staff, excellent meat and to reasonable trips. do not miss the burger. sees fast eating, but it is a delicate one. they're late!

good food. good restaurant, which is always fully booked. the dinner menu is even a little expensive.
