"If you want to experience traditional Austrian cuisine this is a nice spot to go to. Besides being a restaurant it is also a site of a horseriding school, so you might have a chance to watch some excercises.Prices and quality are very good. I have been there already several times. The only disadvantage I see is that depending on occupancy the kitchen is not quite fast - but I only experienced this once around 9pm in the night, never during the day. Anyways, I definitely go there again."

Was there several times and too often I noticed that you could call the waiters and they either just not react, they obviously ignore you (no matter if you want to order something or just wanna pay), or they just disappear. I also noticed that if no-one was at the reception, where riders usually book the horses, and people tried to get infos from the waiters (e.g. where they could find someone responsible) they were simply ignored or treated in a quite rude way. This does not give a very customer-friendly impression. Nevertheless I could not complain about food (though I think that they put far too much butter into their "Kaiserschmarren"). Also the area as such is nice. Nevertheless service...

We went here for a country music themed night so it was a bit crowded, but enjoyable. The food was okay and nothing special. I had the trout which was fine, encrusted in garlic butter with a lovely taste. However the service was slow and took 30 minutes just to have our order taken, then another hour for our food to arrive. The setting is good, countrylike feel with horses in the nearby fields to watch running around. Small play area and pony's to keep the kids entertained or watch the trainers train the horses in the dressage ring. Value for money for the meals was fine, with plenty of choice on the menu's. They do not accept credit/debit cards so remember to take money with you.
