I know how can one be disappointed in such a wonderful place, I came to stay at this hotel largely due to its restaurant. However my experience personally had been lacking in overall helpfulness, in particular the free WiFi and its patchy coverage throughout the hotel, although I had been assured it was perfect in and around the reception area. The staff kindly agreed to change my room, that turned out to be even smaller one complete with the last occupants bathroom towel (used) still lying on the floor. It's ok no problem it's just a towel, so I search for my clothes, my travel case, because that morning a staff member was going kindly take my belongings and deposit them for me. No my perso...
Decided to eat here on one night of 4 night stay in the town. Food typical Austrian. Great quality, portion size, price. Pleasant environment with friendly staff. Slightly disappointed that one section of the restaurant is smoking, which is connected to the "non" smoking section purely via an open archway. Austria, please bring in the non smoking rule inside restaurants! Let down with the smoke.
Stopped on the way home from Austria to Germany to avoid Traffic Jams. Since on the 6.jan nothing else was open... endet up here. Pleasantly suprised with the good food and Presentation. Wiener Schnitzel (veal) was excellent, could have doen with a salad though. Prices...are not cheap but are also not overly expensive. Recommended for Austrian and Tiroler cuisine.

have not used the restaurant for some time due to negative reputation but I must say it has improved quite a lot. The food offered is of a very wide variety with seasonal specials and offers. The service has improved too and it was efficient...and friendly-for sure a restaurant to return more often

Was there several times and always got a perfect meal. I can strongly recommend this Restaurant if you like Austrian style dishes.
