Staying for a week in Zürich with family and was taken to the Grunwald restaurant. Typical Swiss restaurant, lots of wood and a warm feel to it. We had booked in advance which was a good move as it was very full at 7pm. We...had a nice spacious table and an attentive waitress who looked after us. Given our Swiss German was no that good she brought us a menu in English which was helpful. A good selection of traditional Swiss food to meet most needs. We all chose a Rösti with side salads. The portions were substantial . The meal arrived quickly and the wine and beer selections were good. There was plenty dessert options if needed. because of an incompatibility of gurken u. rettich, 3 salads (including green, carrots and randensalat) were garnished for me for a sausage salad, even without salatsauce! on my intervention came the wet personally past. that is the standard and unfortunately no changes possible! also the popular thonsalat was completely deleted from the map! We have always been very satisfied to date because the friendliness super, a beautiful terrace and a great playground is to be found!
the green forest is a nice out-of-air restaurant where you can enjoy a good-bourgeois cuisine. the ambiente is simple, which is usually well visited locally, with beautiful weather with large outdoors. the service is friendly. the kitchen offers simple kitchen of good quality, the portions are large and the price-performance ratio is good.

the restaurant is located directly near the forest. eating is good. the panned carving had very little fat and long. the portion size would be too big for someone who doesn't eat much. the nice was a little fad.The service was very friendly and fast.
very good restaurant with good-bourgeois cuisine. all super delicious what we have tried so far. has a few delicious cordon-bleus. in summer on the large terrace very cozy. playground for children. simply a good address to eat or even just drink.
in the city of Pushing heiss we went to the green forest to the height. it was worth it. It was beautiful out there. the service was very nice and the food came with good quality fix.
we were already in the green forest x times and every time the service is super! very warm and fast. the large garden with kiosk and huge playground is the highlight!
