It's a new refurbished very nice Italian restaurant, with the parking area right beside it, very convenient for disabled people, because you don't have to climb any stairs. It was a nice day and we sat on the large terrace with beautiful view at the lake and savoured the Italian and German vine.The staff is very friendly and familiar. The food is delicious, typical Italian, although you can order other tasty dishes, like fish or mussels.The housemade icecream is so delicious, that I can't pass daily with my dog without to buy two scoops for our walk around the lake.
Schnitzel MIT Pommes? Missed! Performance of a customer's request (Pommes zum Schnitzel)? Missed! It's not easy to use and it just runs around. On request, if I can get the drinking card, was the VERNEINT? What's going on? Then ordered a small schnapps (4cl) and behold, at the end this was at about 4.50€!!!!!! No wonder the beverage card was not delivered. I'm not coming anymore.
We had a larger family celebration at Il Lago We were very impressed by the beautiful ambience, the very friendly welcome and attentive service. Food was qualitatively good but partly did not agree with the menu description. The reason is the unexpectedly rainy visit and also the fact that it was the last day before the holiday-related restaurant closure.For compensation there was a bag of ice for all and grappa for those with whom the food was wrong.
