NEVER AGAIN I specifically asked before I even got in if they accept AMEX (American Express) and I was told that as long as I pay more than overall I am ok. The bill comes and guess what, they don’t. Given that I had...no cash and only the company card, it was an extremely embarrassing situation. I sorted it out in the end but I will NEVER step in this place again due to the way they treated me before, during and after the meal. Extremely rude staff, poor English, WiFi is not working (and there’s no reception inside this place either), the food is medium quality at best and soup was half cold. NEVER AGAIN
Because we have family connections in Feldkirch we are regular visitors to the town and the Johanniterhof is somewhere we always visit, whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a beer or coffee during the day or evening. It is always reliable with both good...food and pleasant service. Lovely to sit outside in the Marktgasse during the Summer. Equally good to sit inside during the Winter months
We stopped in Feldkirch for an afternoon of sightseeing. After several restaurants sent us away (as too close to closing until dinner), and is was a great outcome. I had the goulash with spaetzel which was outstanding along with a delicious regional dark beer
