on 26.07.17 my man and I returned to the churchkeeper for lunch.After we had ordered a tablet with 1 ball of fresh cheese, 2 half cocktail tomatoes and 6 thin paprika strips on the table, with a cut-out semmel. we were happy and thought it was a "great from the kitchen" when we paid, my man gave a generous drink. After we looked at the bill, this "gruß aus der koch" was calculated at €5.20. we find this as a tourist drop after the motto " the guests come only 1x." at the subsequent exact reading of the menu we found the "couvert is automatically served and calculated with 2.60 € per person".I would have another suggestion how to take the guests away. simply serve a marillen brand after eatin...
Stayed 3 nights...just wish we could have stayed longer. Some other reviews complain about the price...yes it is somewhat expensive but well worth it to us. Owners are very wonderful and made us feel welcome. The owner found us sitting on a ledge outside our room drinking a bottle of local wine...took us to the top of a hill on his golf cart. It overlooked the Danube, village and vinyards. Definately going back!!
in the beige of a management meeting we visited the land exhibition in Pöggstall.All that is right -> great made.On the return trip we made in white churches at the church host.The coffee perfectly harmonized to the excellent marble steering noodles that were served in combination with a ball marilleneis in the shaded gas garden.The chefin greeted us personally and the waiter was very keen.
the shnitzel was good, the mixed salad consisted of a little potato salad, gurken, the outside leaves of the head salad, lollo, rucola and a hauch tomaten, perfumed with sweet balsamico! the floor of the garden restaurant looked like he had not been turned any more for a long time (used toothpickers, even in hot weather, something like this must not happen.

we visited the restaurant as guests of the same name, beautiful hotels. We were only satisfied with the service personnel. the rough, unsympathetic art and the unconsistencies between the service staff read the good eating something in the background....schade!!!
great restaurant directly on the bike path with views in the wine species from the lasy guest garden.Common kitchen, nice service, very good price-performance ratio with the best Marillenknödeln. We are looking forward to our next visit.
You can also pay in this locally a watch-out surcharge, but the donau surcharge does not apply because of the cozy terrace you donau not see. the local below the church is nevertheless highly recommended because the meals simply taste.
in a shady whistleblow we ate very well. there are also two vegan menus to choose from, also for the deck a vegan is offered. we were very happy again.
