The dishes unfortunately did not meet the requirements, service and ambience. The pumpkin cream soup too sweet and intense, the zander quite dry. In addition, he came bacon cubes mixed with the sauerkraut, which was not mentioned on the map. Bad for guests who don't eat meat. The replacement in the form of a spinach insert consisted to a large extent of coarsely cut onions and was very garlic-stained (both not mentioned on the map). The service was very attentive, friendly and flotted; we like the ambience very much, so we will continue to visit Henny`s. In addition, the food was much better at our first visit some time ago.... maybe the kitchen had a bad day, can happen...
I love the kitchen of Henny and for this reason we wanted to enjoy the evening on Valentine's Day. We learned that you can always go to Hennys but not to special events or events. Holidays. The food was also very good this evening, even excellent for the skin. A great praise to the chef! We sat at the top of the window, right above the entrance. The place was nice but the waiter assigned to us was really a pure disaster! I can feel that this evening was a lot to do, but if you are only served as a guest, if you draw attention to yourself via a hand mark, then unfortunately this has nothing to do with service. And unfortunately this bad service went all night.
We have visited this restaurant twice now. During our first visit, we would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately, the service this time was not very good. There were no recommendations, the service was slow, the drinks were simply placed on the table, and the food was not always served to the correct person. Thankfully, we did have a great waiter. There was loud music playing that made it difficult to hold a conversation. The white wine was warm, so we had to ask for extra ice cubes. We hope for better service during our next visit.
The service was a bit disorganized with multiple employees approaching our table to take our wine order multiple times. The burger and fries were not served hot and there was a mix-up with the truffle noodles. The restaurant was crowded and noisy with loud music, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. Overall, the dining experience here can be hit or miss. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoy coming back because of the convenient location and pleasant ambiance.

We have been in Hennys for about 2 years and have not been disappointed once. The service is always perfect! Quick, friendly, natural, attentive. This alone is great. But then the food! We have tried a lot of the map and everything was always on a top level. High quality tasty cuisine. It is simply a pleasure every time in Hennys. Great compliment to the entire team!
The Henny's is fantastic . Ambience great, Essen mega, staff is always present, super sympathetic and pleasant . I think the most beautiful and best restaurant that Hamburg has to offer at the moment.
