I took my daughters (aged and her for an evening meal on the chalet staff night off It is a very traditional Italian restaurant that is clearly very popular with the local French as well tourists. The staff work really hard and...are exceptionally polite and helpful. The food was really high quality and plenty for even the most hungry! We all had pasta main courses and a dessert and it was very reasonably priced. This restaurant is tucked away (almost opposite the Church) and we went on a recommendation otherwise we might have not known it was there! This is a gem and I will definitely return when we next visit Val d'Isere
apart from the location that's top, the rest is to review. velvet scalope too cooked, so dry, accompanied by linguine (which are not fresh pasta), all for 26 euros, it is much too expensive. or then it would have been necessary to be irreproachable for such a simple dish. It is far from Italy (even if it is true that the Milanese escalope is not the most representative of Italian cuisine, the other dishes were not remarkable either).
lunch of 09/08/17,The welcome is top the very nice and very pro server that does not hesitate to chat and joke with the customers. The mistos frittos are just a scampis killing with scampis, normal calamars and XL. The milanese scalope is large and fine, it eats on its own, the pasta is good. In summary: everything we took was just exquisite, so I even recommend if the à la carte rates are a little high.
We have been coming to Val D’isere for years and only tried this restaurant once before with our much enjoyment. However we have been there twice this year and introduced friends and found it fantastic each time. The owner is very friendly and helpful...and the food is great! This is a must to visit. Well done and thank you!

Dinner for adults and kids (some quite fussy). Lovely menu pasta, Veal Milanese, truffle risootto our favourite meal of the week. Service was fabulous. First time we have been but will certainly will be back. Opposite the century church.
Really enjoyed tonight. Deeeelishous food and good, sorry very good, service. Nice little atmosphere despite one loud table but that’s the norm these days. I would go back and would recommend it hands down.
