It's a pleasure to see that in the end, the Albatross is flying with a professional team and doing a very good job. A new chef is in the furnaces: it looks and it feels. Fresh, homemade, tasteful, and at quite correct rates. Bravo! We were 8 unanimous guests. Be careful not to shrink the quantities to maintain a remarkable quality/price/quantity ratio. We will return with pleasure, it is a certainty!

First approach to this restaurant that has a scabrous past!!! Saumon marinated very well, carpaccio well seasoned and presented, duck magret with very tasteful oranges So excellent ratio quality price for more than a magnificent setting I recommend
Very good reception, hearty and fine meals. Good choice of wines and the addition not too salty!!! All people at table are feasted with special mention for sauces, extra! Fresh and very well-worked products.
