To delight the taste buds! What a magnificent discovery and what a splendid evening! During this period of confinement we enjoyed, as starters, the excellent scallops and salmon tartare, as well as the delicious beef cheek parmentière with foie gras. The festival of flavors continued with lamb and Paimpol bean mousseline for one and braised scallops for the other. To complete this taste experience, the Marango chocolate sphere delighted us. Flawless for all the dishes tasted! The products are of quality, particularly tasty and the cuisine is very mastered… for a more than reasonable price of €25 for the full menu. Furthermore, the delivery was accepted, although 22 km from the establishment!...
This is the third time we have the pleasure of having dinner at the apartment and we have not been disappointed. very pleasant service and products of excellent quality. Personally I liked the lobster carpaccio which was subtly scented with a vanilla sauce, the algae blinis were a little less interesting gustatively speaking. We had a treat with the tuna tataki and with the strawberry soup and her verveine ice ball that I had the pleasure of discovering last summer. I am also surprised at the lack of visibility of the restaurant from the outside, fortunately that the ear mouth works well.
the restaurant is a little hidden, it is located in the capeyron district, practically opposite the post. the setting is nice, the reception and the very pro service, the plates are beautiful, the excellent dishes. The rates are pretty high. I recommend, however, if you are looking for a class restaurant, for a business meal, or even a couple for a romantic dinner.
Super good, friendly staff, we liked the concept of the wine list (classified by price range). We had a blast! Especially the sorbet is killer!
