a smiling welcome, a pleasant setting, a fresh air for this almost historic restaurant of sille le guillaume. The kitchen that is served is good, greedy, especially the pistachio blown with its tangerine sorbet that is served for dessert. Moreover, the meal is full of small succulent attentions. a regret: small weakness of the wine card, quite common, a little expensive and no half-buteilles. for the rest, the house must be recommended.
pleasant reception, nice decoration. the menus are alleviating for a reasonable price. the plates are very nicely erect with very good products, well cooked. bravo to you and good courage in this profession where most customers do not realize the work provided to arrive at this very beautiful work.
With the exception of room 5 I think the hotel gives a good service. The kitchen is good, the service at reception and overall is correct. Young bosses who invest in a village where shops close because of the super markets or thieves that break the local economy.
