Service mässig voll in Ordnung, Vorspeisen Top, aber leider war das Fleisch eine schwere Enttäuschung. Das Fleisch kam wie bestellt Medium Rare konnte aber kaum mit Messer geschnitten werden und war dementsprechend alles andere als zart. Sollte Top gelagertes Fleisch von der Firma Angst sein... Das Fleisch war gut grilliert aber leider kaum zum schneiden geschwiegen zum Essen.. Sehr Schade weil alles rund herum war ok. Für Mövenpick hätte ich hier absolut eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Der Koch meinte alles ist einwandfrei hat selber alle Fleischstücken am Nachmittag geschnitten und konnte sich das nicht erklären... ausser das man Rib eye besser nicht Medium rare bestellen sollte. Wir haben hier im Mövenpickhotel übernachtet und im Restaurant le Chalet gegessen. Das Ambiente ist wirklich wie in einem Chalet. Viel Holz und gedämpftes Licht.Für ein gutes Stück Fleisch ohne Schnickschnack ist hier eine gute Adresse.Ein Steak dry aged kostet zwischen 37.50 und 49.-. Salat,baked Potato mit Sour Cream und Kräuterbutter incl. Die Teller sind heiss und der Garpunkt vom Fleisch perfekt. Einzig die Messer hätten etwas schärfer sein können. Der Wein war hervorragend,der Service aufmerksam. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt.
On nous avait fait l'éloge de ce restaurant. Nous avons attendu plus de 10mn à l'entrée du retaurant pour que quelqu'un vienne nous placer à une table. J'ai pris un burger Imperator et j'ai été déçue, le steack haché était trop cuit alors que je l'avais demandé saignant et ça ressemblait plutôt à un steak déjà cuit et réchauffé donc un morceau rabougri. Mon mari a choisi un tartare qui semblait être correct et bon. Bof bof.

We had the filet mignon and were disappointed about the meat. It was overcooked and the quality was just ok. So was the rest of the food. The restaurant interior is a bit pseudo ski lodge, but was ok. The service was very friendly and attentive though. If you want a good meat, go to the nearby Rollis steakhouse.
Fuimos un dia por la comida y hemos optado por el menu del día que tiene varios platos. El servicio es bueno pero la comida no es tan buena como lo que te esperas de un hotel como este y por el precio que pagas. Todo estaba correcto pero mi madre cocina con más sabor. :-)
We had the steak, which was good but undercooked for what we ordered (medium well). The "sour cream" on the baked potato was a little strange -- almost as though it were mixed with plain yogurt. Also, the restaurant is small and was very hot.
Tienen un menú de ensalada más carne al grill por unos 50 francos, extras aparte.La carne Saignant, con la mezcla de especias de la casa, está excelente.Como todo en Suiza, es caro, pero para mí es el mejor restaurante del hotel Movenpick.
