We went down from the Arcs 1950 to come to eat in Bourg Saint Maurice and we fell on this very nice and well decorated little restaurant where we were more than well received by a very pretty young woman (with a rather glaring resemblance with Céline Dion ah ah) and we literally got REGALED (We had taken the salmon parmentier and the pork coast), the dishes are very original but in addition to that excellent and I strongly recommend this restaurant with closed eyes!
We let ourselves be tempted by the hot box and the tuna tataki accompanied by carrots in various forms, it was a treat! The dishes were tasted, and very nicely presented. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the brioche lost to caramel! The service was impeccable and the team was adorable. An excellent address in Bourg-Saint-Maurice that we recommend absolutely!
Lunch on the terrace on a spring Saturday, waiting for our train. Smiling and warm welcome, a dauntingly efficient service and a very good cuisine. Inventive but very tasteful dishes; Both are not always compatible, but here yes. Excellent address where we will return for our next visit to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
