My wife and I have often gedimated in this restaurant over the years. It was always excellent. But last year, a Spanish chef (Mamadu) was engaged, then in French cuisine, savoured by a renowned French chef and given the chance to show his many and diverse culinary talents. Significantly by cooking, drawing on rich culinary traditions, and preparing dishes with fine subtlety, originality and sophistication, it simply dazzles its customers. We can't say enough good things about his offers. In his restaurant some evenings ago my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. Apparently to be recognized a cook in the future.

We stumbled in this place on a wonderfully sunny day in October, while we walk in the Pyrenees. We enjoyed the set menu with a traditional hearty soup with duck as the main course and a glass of each of different local reds. The service was great, especially as they wanted to approach for the season.

very friendly reception with a waitress who always smiles the cuisine is not very simple dishes at a non-consistent rate when at the very limited wine list no what to be happy with because the hotel is very nice
