eating is excellent and the portions are just right. the service is friendly and attentive. the menu is picked with fine menu’s and the chef in the kitchen is also very flexible for special desires. the wine card is equipped with a beautiful selection. just "small again"
cleanly maintained quartier beiz with fraternity kitchen. in autumn there was a horse-mass: a huge success with full restaurant with simple and defy menus with horse meat. you forgive that service and kitchen were in vain. :-)
finally a restaurant that uses all parts of a animal. there are still inner and specialities. the right local for more meat. in the evening with table linen from Swiss production.
