I had dinner in the restaurant one night during my stay, because I just couldn't bring myself to go out, since I was still jet-lagged. I was not too hopeful, since it was a hotel restaurant, even though it was in France. I should not have worried. I ordered the duck, and it was amazing. It is the dish that I have when I am in France, and then spend six months trying to find at home. You have to come here to get it done properly. The staff is small, but very attentive - but you are given your space, as well. I found on a trip years ago that unlike the US, there is no timetable for dinner in France - it takes as long as it takes. So, even though I was alone, it was still a very pleasant evenin...
Since there were limited choices of restaurants around the Novotel Cap 3000, decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is convenient to have after a long flight. It is a hotel restaurant; so expect prices to be higher than usual. The food itself was decent; nothing spectacular but not awful either. Service was courteous but a bit slow. Overall, not a bad choice if you don't feel like exploring around the hotel for dining options.
